In our dual roles as teacher educators and researchers, NExT representatives contribute timely and important scholarship about our collective work to the broader teacher education community. Funding from the Bush Foundation has provided NExT institutions with exciting opportunities to implement and study innovative programs and practices that have the potential to significantly improve how we recruit, prepare, and support new teachers. Additionally, we are privileged to be able to study the inner workings and governance of our unique tri-state consortium in order to understand the challenges and opportunities inherent in working cross-institutionally to improve teaching and learning. Check out some of our recent conference presentations, below, to learn more about our research endeavors.
